install problems -switched to Linux

I switched to Linux because I was having problems with the Windows
version.  I get the modules to install and compile but now I get this
error when I try to run the installation test:

I switch to the Newsclipper Directory in the Perl Directory and then
execute /usr/bin/Newsclipper.pl

(I installed to system-wide)

I get this in return:

Can't locate LockFile/Simple.pm in @INC

Then it lists the path to the INC directory which exists (I checked it)

Where can I get this file?
