[NCDEVLIST] Mailing list changes

Folks,

We've switched to MajorDomo as the mailing list management software
for the newsclipperlist and newsclipperdevlist mailing lists. The only
difference is that administrative requests go to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] instead of [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I've already moved all subscribers over to the new system.
Instructions for adding or removing your email address from the lists
are at http://www.newsclipper.com/techsup.html
