Problem when executing first command

Hi

Wonder if someone could point me in the right direction?

I'm running /usr/bin/NewsClipper.pl for the first time and I'm getting the
following error:

The sequence of commands was:

titlecolor='#FFFFFF' bkg
ndcolor='#FFFFFF'>
This input command was expanded using the default filter and output commands
for the handler, which resulted in:
<input name='yahooweather' city='Chicago' state='IL' country='US' scale='c'
titlecolor='#FFFFFF' bkg
ndcolor='#FFFFFF'>
