Well, it doesn't stop working - those are just warnings, because the
NC handler server seems to be down again. Newer version of NC (since
v1.20 I think) contact the NC handler db everytime NC is run to see
whether newer version of any of the handlers used are available. If
the db cannot be reached NC issues those warning but continues working
(at least for me it does...)
