Oops, should have included that info in my previous email: Red Hat 7,
NewsClipper v1.28 and I installled all the extra Perl modules that were
required.

I did try downloading some handlers, but that didn't work either. Maybe
NewsClipper trys to connect first before using the local handlers? Anway, I'll
try downloading the entire handler tarball and install that and try again.
Failing that,

I'll follow Davids advice and downgrade.
