I remember having to install a software to view those documents in the past.
Since they've changed their viewer I don't think that is a requirement.
Have you read the info on the viewer?

    When searching NS stats. after finding the person, I attempt to view the
document, but what I get is a message which flashed " Zoomify Error". 
    Any comments/suggestions?
