[nsroots] census data for Digby county

Just a heads-up for those of you scouring the recently available census
data.  I was confused by the listing of Cheticamp as district 31 of Digby
County, since, of course, the Cheticamp I know is on Cape Breton.  Here's
the answer:

St. Alphonse de Clare - formerly Chiticamp-de-Clare.  A community in the
Canada province of Nova Scotia, Digby County.  The name was changed because
Chiticamp in Cape Breton was causing confusion for postal and other
services.
