census, single, in household of William E. BRINE, born Jersey (Channel 
Islands), at www.familysearch.org.

I have done an exhaustive research in the US for birth or immigration 
information on my ancestor-Edward Brine/s.  In the past on "ancestry.com" I 
have seen the name listed on some kind of list that seemed to be prisoners 
shipped from England to Nova Scotia.  How would I go about researching in 
Nova Scotia?  I am not sure that this is how my ancestor immigrated or 
perhaps his father, but all other queries have yielded nothing.
