[Nxhtml] [Question #104253]: How to turn on CSS completion?

Please tell me how to turn on CSS completion (version beta 2.07 from 
repository).
I found some functions in utils/css-simple-completion.el but it seems to be 
turned off and I can't to make it work.
Or maybe you can suggest another good CSS mode with completion that works with 
nxhtml and tabkey2-mode?
