SyslogNG's logs are basically syslog BSD, so yes; you would just need to have
an Exec parse_syslog_bsd() in a relevant Input. Are you wanting to back-feed in
files, or listen on the network for logs relayed from syslogng? Both would
work; should be no different to any other syslog server really.
