For looking at specific radar stations I like the NCAR site. It is pretty basic, but one can conveniently vary the loop interval to go back to sunset and get the takeoff and evolution of the densities. Also in single image mode, a click on the screen changes it to velocity mode useful to see exactly which direction and how fast the birds are flying. The link is:
