Trumpeter visible with a good scope from Hudson Shore in Sleepy Hollow. Very close to shore halfway between the Nyack Condos and the state park, just north of the pink house ________________________________ From: bounce-121147431-14379...@list.cornell.edu <bounce-121147431-14379...@list.cornell.edu> on behalf of Carney, Martin <carn...@fordhamprep.org> Sent: Saturday, January 14, 2017 9:54:02 AM To: NYSbirds-L@Cornell.edu Subject: [nysbirds-l] Trumpeter Swan near Nyack Beach State Park
Sorry for the delayed post but I did observe the Trumpeter Swan yesterday south of the park in front of the house until about 1:15 pm. At that point it joined some Canada Geese and swam around the jetties, out of view. Bring your scope....Martin Carney -- NYSbirds-L List Info: Welcome and Basics<http://www.northeastbirding.com/NYSbirdsWELCOME.htm> Rules and Information<http://www.northeastbirding.com/NYSbirdsRULES.htm> Subscribe, Configuration and Leave<http://www.northeastbirding.com/NYSbirdsSubscribeConfigurationLeave.htm> Archives: The Mail Archive<http://www.mail-archive.com/nysbirds-l@cornell.edu/maillist.html> Surfbirds<http://www.surfbirds.com/birdingmail/Group/NYSBirds-L> ABA<http://birding.aba.org/maillist/NY01> Please submit your observations to eBird<http://ebird.org/content/ebird/>! -- -- NYSbirds-L List Info: http://www.NortheastBirding.com/NYSbirdsWELCOME.htm http://www.NortheastBirding.com/NYSbirdsRULES.htm http://www.NortheastBirding.com/NYSbirdsSubscribeConfigurationLeave.htm ARCHIVES: 1) http://www.mail-archive.com/nysbirds-l@cornell.edu/maillist.html 2) http://www.surfbirds.com/birdingmail/Group/NYSBirds-L 3) http://birding.aba.org/maillist/NY01 Please submit your observations to eBird: http://ebird.org/content/ebird/ --
