*NY County Highlights: *

American Black Duck (10), Yellow-crowned Night-Heron (5), Killdeer, Common
Tern, American Kestrel, Fish Crow (8), Common Raven & Brown-headed Cowbird
(2).

A fledgling Yellow-crowned Night-Heron was at the break wall near Tango
Pier on Buttermilk Channel. It was moving along the wall and onto the
rocks. The nest on Wheeler Ave. appeared to have 3 large nestlings out of
the 4 seen recently and one adult was perched nearby.

*1st hour*: *15 spp.*; *2nd*: *+5*; *3rd*: *+5*; *4th*: *+2* = *27 spp.*
