Dear Gobby users,
we recently released new versions of the stable series of obby, Gobby
and sobby.
Apart from a few bugfixes, gobby now integrates into the main menu bar
when compiled natively on Mac OS X (meaning without X11) and can join
link-local IPv6 sessions discovered via avahi. It needs the new obby
0.4.6 to build. The Windows installer [2] now works out of the box, so
you don't have to install GTK+ or GTKmm first.
Sobby now autosaves when it is shut down via SIGTERM. It is now also
able to run a script (called post-save-hook) after having performed an
autosave.

Changes in Gobby 0.4.7:

* Some fixes improving Gobby's accessibility.
* OS X: add support for the native menu bar, thanks to Yarek Tyshchenko
* Enable IPv6 link-local Zeroconf support.
* Bugfixes:
- Do not crash when no GtkSourceView languages are installed.
- Do not show hidden GtkSourceView languages to the user as they are
not supposed to be shown and could lead to crashes.
- Fix build failures with g++-4.3
- Fix crash on Windows when the XML configuration file does not
exist.

Changes in sobby 0.4.5:
* Run autosave on SIGUSR1 and SIGTERM if an autosave file is specified,
even if autosave interval is 0.
* Only autosave if the session changed.
* Added a post-save-hook which could be used to tie the autosave to
a VCS commit.
* Ease porting to OpenBSD.
Changes in obby 0.4.6:
* Enable link-local IPv6 discovery through Avahi.
* Bugfix: Do not throw exceptions in C callbacks.
* Translation roundup
