offer, saying "Coming Soon" on it.  Are they out of business?

The thing still hangs after the chime, a new PRAM battery, and it 
won't let me reset the PRAM.

Tweek is not out of business, they just don't update the website.  I 
suspect it's a part time business as it takes a few phone calls to catch 
someone in.
