Hi,
from time to time, we see that an approved certificate request is
not automatically signed by the CA, emitting the following error:
On-Line CA::autoCAProcess()::ERROR in issuing the certificate
On-Line CA::autoCAProcess()::ERROR::6761::Error while issuing Certificate to
CExxxxxx05 (filename: /opt/openca-base-1-1.0/var/openca/tmp/36.req). <br><br>
OpenCA::OpenSSL returns errocode 7731075 (OpenCA::OpenSSL->issueCert: OpenSSL
fails (7777060). Cannot write to the OpenSSL shell. (Bad file
descriptor)).
The suggested file is not there.
Signing manually from the CA interface works without problems though,
so I assume it's not an issue with the request per se?
What could be causing this problem?
Geert
