Hi all,

I have started the initiative to organize a session about FLOSS in
health care at the Open World Forum 2009 in Paris
<http://openworldforum.org>.
Please find the Call for submissions here
<http://openworldforum.org/program/open-world-forum-call-for-submissions>.
I think this is a great opportunity to present the FLOSS in health care
community to the general FLOSS community and to find avenues of
collaboration.
Unfortunately I only noticed the OWF some days ago so that the timeframe
to set something up is extremely short.
The organizing team needs to know the content of the session / speakers
/ duration as soon as possible but latest until 30th of July.
I am planing to do a general presentation of FLOSS in health care and a
short introduction to the EFMI LIFOSS WG
<http://www.helmholtz-muenchen.de/ibmi/efmi/index.php?Itemid=260&id=1076&option=com_content&task=view>

and the IMIA OS WG
<http://www.imia.org/working_groups/WG_Profile.lasso?-Search=Action&-Table=CGI&-MaxRecords=1&-SkipRecords=11&-Database=organizations&-KeyField=Org_ID&-SortField=workgroup_sig&-SortOrder=ascending&type=wgsig>.

If you would like to contribute to this session, please let me know as
soon as possible.

Best regards,
Thomas Karopka
