Hmm The project itself sounds like it has some value although looking at the README it seems to be a collection of replication cases for known bugs in given packages rather than a 'compliance' tool for which the Philips tool leads. BTW for the one package singled out - dcm4che (which I use a lot), all of the referenced 'known bugs' are long fixed or otherwise resolved
