But how are you going to use it for anything more than flashing? I start my debugging sessions with "reset init" which would actually run your script, but then - in my code - there are functions to start PLL again, which needs them to be disabled, and anyway I'd need to lower the JTAG clock so OpenOCD would work and not loose the connection... One would have to compile a special version of firmware for debugging - which would assume that the PLL and MAM are working - and a "normal" version which sets PLL and MAM for use without debugger...
