Nope! :-) This is an interface_signal defined at the TCL level. This
is something new in OpenOCD. This signal (mask) can be easily created,
removed, modified, read, written at the TCL level with no source code
change :-)

Can you please tell exactly what mpsse commands and how and why are
you going to use? Then I will verify against existing solution. Maybe
I will be able to implement them :-) Feel free to send me two samples,
I will take a look at them in my free time, if you want more priority
