All of the work was documented on [1] however it is now a bit
outdated, I will update it in my free moment and this should help :-)
Please let me know it this is readable/clear :-)

Btw. this is not a branch, not even git master. Patches were sent do
gerrit [2], however using them seems a bit complicated, so you can
still use a git repository that I was working on [3].

Please take a look at kt-link-swd.cfg and stm32f1x-swd.cfg
configuration as starting point and see [1] for their meaning :-) If
you have any questions, ask them on the list :-)
