[Opensg-core] Library Split?

        Hi Gerrit,

I've come across some minor problems with the library split. Can you give us 
the 
reason why a lot of the /Base pieces are put into System (like FileIO/Base)? 
That makes it pretty hard to avoid getting major deps into System, which AFAIR 
is something you wanted to avoid.
