Hi Everybody:
I am a postgraduate(Master candidate) student of Chinese Academy of
Sciences. My research is about parallel rendering. I found OpenSG is a good
toolkit to implement pc-based cluster rendering when I was looking for subject
of my thesis. I saw some advice about cluster rendering in 'Ideas for OpenSG
SoC projects'.Is it too late for attending Soc projects? Even so I still hope
to contribute to OpenSG's cluster rendering extensions. I learned two styles of
sort-first rendering of OpenSG, but don't know how OpenSG works in sort-last
rendering .I believe 'compositing of transparent objects' happened in sort-last
rendering and the difficult is compositing order. How will you do it? Could you
give me some advice if I take OpenSG as my thesis's subject. Thanks.
