Hello, just a quick question – what is the current stable release? Or better, what is the version recommended for deployment?
The downloads page (http://ossec.github.io/downloads.html) lists 2.8.3 as the latest stable. However, the Github release page (https://github.com/ossec/ossec-hids/releases) lists 2.9.0 as the latest release.
