The code is alpha, so unless you'd like to
run under the debugger it won't do much
good for now.

Documentation is sketchy right now but the
mstore\INSTALL.txt file had some info on this.
Did you read that?

Basically you need to tell Outlook to install
the service as a transport provider and
message provider.  As well.  This is done
from Outlook itself.

There are known issues in the Alpha build so
you should probably sync with Subversion and
use that instead.
