Dear sabeer,
For entering the phone number when you create a user, you need to create new
column with DB and modify source code.

If you know not, please send your dossier "kernel" and nom of your DB.
I'm engineer in NTIM EDI, my project is "Middleware between Sugarcrm and
OTRS".
