[otrs] LDAP Connection Error

Hi,
 
After installing OTRS on a new server we now frequently get an LDAP
connection error. This error is:
 

Software error:

Can't connect to 192.168.1.10: IO::Socket::INET: connect: Unknown error
at C:/OTRS/otrs//Kernel/System/CustomerUser/LDAP.pm line 117.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster ([EMAIL PROTECTED]),
giving this error message and the time and date of the error. 

 

Every single time OTRS makes a connection I get this error. I then
refresh the page and it works. If I click another link I get the same
error and so on.
