Pending remainder : Remind the owner of the ticket after time expired
pending auto close+ : close the ticket as success after time expired
pending auto close- : close the ticket as fail after time expired

Hi,

 

We have these "pending auto close+", "pending auto close-" "pending reminder" 
types on a ticket. Could anyone tell me the meaning of each of these types? 
When a ticket has status as 'pending auto close+/- means what?
