In windows you cna achieve it using Task Scheduler, In order to fetch email
from mail account OTRS has a scirpt called PostMaster.pl now this scripts
need to be executed every few minutes to get new emails from mailbox so a
cron is set up. Same goes for many other scripts which can be found in
/opt/otrs/var/cron.
