[otrs] Attachement Problem while sending mail

Hi,
       Mails with attachement other than word document  is not coming to
OTRS mailbox. mail with screenshot as attachements is not coming to OTRS.If
he needs to send the screenshots ,he need to first copy it in word
document and then attach the word document and should send.How can i solve
this problem?Also mails containing data in table format is also dispalyed in
awkward format.Can anyone help me in solving this problem.?
