[otrs] 2.3 on MSSQL

I'm trying to get an new install of 2.3 running with a MS SQL 2005
database.  I've got the database connections working, and I've run the
ms sql scripts to setup the otrs database on the sql server.  When I
try and login, I'm getting this:

Software error: Can't call method "fetchrow_array" on an undefined
value at /opt/otrs/bin/cgi-bin/../../Kernel/System/DB.pm line 624.

Any ideas?
