[otrs] Backing Up

        Can anyone make a suggestion on how and what to back up on a
Redhat based OTRS 2.2 machine? I am thinking we'll need a MySQL agent
for BackupExec or Bakbone and simple file system backup the rest.... 

         

        Sound right?
