kann es sein, dass Du ein Debian-System benutzt?

Hier sind alte CPAN Perl Module. Wenn Du MIME::Tools aktuallisierst  
sollte es gehen.

Das hättest du aber auch ganz einfach selber herausfinden können,  
z.B. durch
find / -name sendmail.cf

unter Sendmail::EncodingForce steht base64 allerdings ist diese  
Option nicht aktiv.

wo liegt denn die sendmail.cf?

Hi,

nutze den Sendmail, bei der OTRS-Version 2.2

Wenn ich mir die Standard-Emailtexte im Frontend anzeigen lasse,  
sind schon keine Umlaute mehr vorhanden.
Irgendwo wird der Text nochmal formatiert, bevor OTRS damit  
arbeitet, weil in den Dateien selber die Umlaute vorhanden sind...

Kernel/Config.pm sticht Sysconfig (ZZZAuto.pm)
...und die OTRS Version? ;-)

Hallo an alle,

mein OTRS System zeigt Umlaute nicht korrekt an.
Ich habe bereits in der Kernel/Config.pm das default-charset auf  
utf-8 gesetzt.
Trotzdem werden die Standard-Emailtexte immer mit Symbolen ersetzt.

In welcher Einstellung ermögliche ich das anzeigen von Umlauten  
in Emails?
