[otrs-de] Ticket Verknüpfung

Hallo Zusammen,
 
Mir ist aufgefallen, dass keine einfache Suche möglich ist beim Verknüpfen von 
Tickets.
 
Wenn ich etwa nach dem Wort webserver im Feld Text suche ist das Resultat "No 
Results found!". Wenn ich aber explizit nach *webserver* suche erhalte ich die 
erwarteten Tickets, die dieses Wort enthalten.
 
Dies gilt für alle vorhandenen Suchfelder.
 
Ist das ein Fehler oder kann man das Verhalten der Suche anpassen? Bei der 
normalen Ticket Suchfunktion ist das verhalten ja auch nicht so.
