wenn ich mich da mal einmischen darf, ich denke Du nimmst den RDN und 
nicht den DN bei der Auth ?

$Self->{'AuthModule::LDAP::SearchUserDN'} = *'OTRS';*
$Self->{'AuthModule::LDAP::SearchUserPw'} = 'OTRSPW';
