Hallo zusammen,
nachdem ich die o.g. Version sowohl mit Strawberry-Pearl als auch mit der eigenen Perl-Variante installiert habe, bekomme ich jedes Mal direkt nach der Installation den selben Fehler. Installiert wird auf einem Windows 2008 Server. Zunächst ist ein Fehler in der httpd.conf ein Fehler. Der Pfad in der Zeile 493 Include 'C:/OTRS/OTRS/scripts/apache2-httpd-new.include.conf' muss auf Include 'C:/OTRS/OTRS/otrs-2.4.6/scripts/apache2-httpd-new.include.conf' geändert werden. Soweit so gut. Allerdings komme ich anschließend trotzdem nicht auf die Application. Im Internet Explorer erhalte ich folgenden Fehler: The website declined to show this webpage HTTP 403 Most likely causes: * This website requires you to log in. What you can try: Go back to the previous page. <res://\\ieframe.dll/http_403.htm> More information This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage. For more information about HTTP errors, see Help. Im Firefox steht: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /otrs/installer.pl on this server. Hat jemand eine Idee voran es liegen könnte?
