schau mal in der Sysconfig, unter Group Ticket, Subgroup Core::TicketACL:

Ticket::Acl::Module###1-Ticket::Acl::Module
(Kernel::System::Ticket::Acl::CloseParentAfterClosedChilds)

Vielleicht hilft Dir das weiter.
