[otrs] SLA 'pause" time

Hello everybody,

I'm using OTRS 2.4.5 and everything works fine. I  just need to pause the
time in a SLA when a ticket is not on our side and when the ticket is back
to continue counting the time. If it's not possible, please give some ideas.
