[otrs] Is there a possibility to display Full Name in place of UserName on Customer login->Mytickets-->Owner

Hi Every One,

In the Customer login--> MyTickets--> Owner--> it  is displaying the  
UserName

Is there a possibility to display Full Name. ??? That would be great !
