Ok well that sounds good. If its 750 hours a month that covers an app running 24x7. I'm assuming the only way you could go over that would be to have two apps uploaded?
To say its confusing is an understatement. There's no way to get an estimate that I can see? It would be cool if it showed you what the minimum cost would be on the Azure panel. (without having to jump off to some alternate billing website!) Or even better, set a cap (like ISP's have) where it shuts down your app if you hit your cap. I'm sure things will improve over time.
