I've been playing with Silverlight since Silverlight 2 beta, and have just finished a 1 year 7 month contract doing UX work in Silverlight. Now that I have a chance to lift my head up and ask: "What skills this group are they adding to their toolbox at the moment?" And please not everyone say Javascipt!
