[Parlortricks] new letterpress service: Your opinion greatly appreciated!!

Hi, faithful readers!

Having finally finished my move to the new press room here in lovely  
Dubuque, I'm getting ready to launch a new service, and I would  
greatly appreciate your feedback on the process, and the web form, etc.

I'm NOT asking you to order anything (although you're certainly  
welcome to do so!), but just step through the process, and click the  
send button.

In fact, you'll see that the PayPal "Order" button is not there yet. I  
really just want to get some bearings on the current state of the  
thing. I will probably do one more test run before launching, which,  
if things move along, will be before New Year (knock on wood!)

If you put a note in the "comments" field that you're "just testing",  
I'll know not to run out and buy a nice bottle of single malt scotch  
to celebrate all the orders coming in!

Some of the questions I've got:

Does the introduction (splash page) do its job?
that is, after reading the intro page, do you 'get' the idea, and what  
to expect as you proceed?

Is the introduction (and the language in general)

1- way too long and chatty, the message gets lost
2- a bit too wordy, but entertaining, and does the job
3- just right, considering the level of complexity, and the type of  
product offered
4- incomprehensible or... other?

Does the form work properly in your browser? Does the little order  
viewlet show up?
If you're using an older Windows machine, it may well not!
(Please let me know what OS and browser version you have, if there are  
problems!)
(There's a good bit of advanced Javascript in the order-detail form,  
so I really want to know how that's working)

Note: I already know about the 'error' message on the email field, so  
don't worry about that.

Is the ordering process

1- easy, clear and simple
2- pretty well understandable
3- somewhat less than clear
4- difficult
5- impenetrable, nobody's gonna get through this!!!

Does the order form explain the options clearly?

Do the prices seem reasonable? (assuming you were a potential customer)

Does the connection between the choices you make and the values and  
order total in the order viewlet seem clear?

If you were a potential customer for this 'products' are there any  
'red flags' which would turn you off from this site?

Any other concerns? Observations? Comments? Suggestions?
