Some of you may have seen this error message pop up when you've tried to
start Sound Forge Pro 11.0 on your Windows 10 machine, I had this
problem myself so went to look for a fix.
The error is caused by Windows update disabling some .net Framework

to fix the issue by renabling the affected services.
