PCWorks: Downloading stops at 98%

Hello again,

I wanted to see what this "PowerPro" is all about. It can be
downloaded from ... http://www.windowspowerpro.com/

Problem. When it gets (for me) to 98% downloaded, it stops.
This happens with just a few sites; usually downloading is no
problem. What might cause that? ... Harold
