[PDCurses] PDCurses 2.8

PDCurses 2.8 is now available, in the usual place:

 http://pdcurses.sourceforge.net/

The changes are much more extensive than in 2.7, although the bugfixes are 
not as critical. Big code cleanup; more complete implementation of 
standard curses; smaller, faster; etc.

Note that the CVS version is not _quite_ up to date, as the developers' 
server (the only way to commit changes) has been down for a few days. 
Further development is stopped until SourceForge gets it back up.
