I have tryied clean uninstall proposed from Protel but with no success. After I reinstalled Protel 99se SP6 it worked fine for a while, then when tryed opening some of pcb designs it reported the same error message like before:
"Format '%x' invalid or incompatible with argument." After 10 attempts (opening and closing design) i managed to open it without errors.
