As this looked so serious I downloaded 5.10.0 (1002) to test this and I can see 
what you see. This is a major problem in general, not just for Win32::GUI (my 
own XS modules fail their test suit due to this issue).

Looks like I wont be upgrading to 5.10 any time soon:)
