A couple things

I tried importing the PigEclipse.xml file and it looks like it worked
well. For some reason in chrome it saved as PigEclipse.xml.xml, but
what you gonna do.

Under the section

Check Out Pig with SVN

The text says

 - Open the repository and right click on trunk/pig and select Checkout.

But alas there is no such directory, though there is a pig/trunk
directory

Under the section

Configure External Classes

The text says

 - Make sure the src-gen directory at the top level is part of the
"Source folders in build path" list.

But I can't find any such directory.

I currently have 239 errors so I writing my cool new code isn't really
going to happen :)

Guess I just challenge you to go through the instructions from scratch,
just following the instructions, pretending that you are rather new to
pig and that you don't really know what you're doing. Such an activity
will perhaps breed a touch of empathy :)

Enjoy!

Earl

Pretty sure that the svn pig link on this page

http://wiki.apache.org/pig/PigDeveloperCookbook

should be

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/pig/

But there are no trunk/pig or src-gen directories there

Also, perhaps I am reading it wrong, but that page says

    * Click Import sites and import the attached file

But alas, there is no attachment.

Thanks,
Earl
