According to Nick Behnken ([EMAIL PROTECTED]): > Thats a hell of an idea! But is it legal? Well.. the act of implementing this interface in plex86 probably is, though you might want to to this in a country that allows reverse engineering (the netherlands for example). The distribution of the guest os driver along with plex86 probably isn't, but you can always point people to the download site. The main advantage for this is that combined with a vmware-to-plex86 disk format converter, this provides a clean upgrade path to plex86 for vmware users. I wouldn't recommend this for the final video architecture though, as you'd be basing it on a technically non-open API.
