I tried a few things, but I used a bit of perl to strip the headers and footers off of each page (the ones that linked back to the framed content, and broke up the top and bottom of the useful content). I tried JPluck 2.1.6b and Plucker's Python distiller itself in two separate tests. They both worked well, though I had to be more careful about the runaway Python processes eating all of the system resources. -- David A.
